When I'm playing on my server, after going a few chunks, the chunks stop loading. It happens sooner for my sister, who's on a slower computer. Rejoining the server makes the chunks load, but it happens again when I go further.
Environment
Server: Windows 7, vanilla Minecraft server, 7GB ram allocated, Java 8 ver 201, hosted via hamachi
user: Windows 10, 6GB ram installed
Possible duplicate of MC-139717.
Have you tried setting your view distance higher than the server's view_distance value (it defaults to 10) and relogging?
If in doubt, set it to maximum, exit and enter again the server. Run some distance and see if the world loads.
