Whenever I get in a bed on my friend's dedicated server, I get kicked and the reason is "Flying is not enabled on this server." He doesn't want to enable flying as a temporary fix and the bug is actually quite irritating.
Environment
I am running on Windows 10, version 1809, 64-bit. I use Java version 1.8.0_201 64-bit from Oracle. I have a 4 core AMD Phenom II X4 830 processor and I can either be using OptiFine HD E6 Ultra for 1.13.2 or just vanilla Minecraft when the glitch occurs.
This still happens in 1.14.3 when you jump while getting in the bed.
