Zombie / Skeleton chestplate not displaying the sleeves of the chestplate properly

When you give a skeleton a chestplate to wear, it will not display the sleeves of the chestplate properly. (The sleeves will face downward while the arms of the skeleton face forward) It's just a minor bug but it would be much appreciated if it was fixed.

Some things i forgot to mention:
1. The chestplate was a cyan-dyed leather tunic.
2. The skeleton was also wearing cyan-dyed pants and boots and a iron helmet.
3. The skeleton was not given the gear but spawned with it. (Using a custom MCEdit Filter)

Confirmed in 1.4.5. Attached screenshot for comparison between zombie and skeleton.

Comfirmed in snapshot 13w04a,
also in the case of spider jokey, the arms of the armor go faceward and backward like the steve walking animation.

This is still happening in 1.6.2..

Confirmed in 13w39b.

14w04b: just tested, confirmed.

It's not a big issue for vanilla set as the chestplate sleeves are short and you can barely notice this "glitch", but it's an issue for resource packs that have more detailed armors.

This bug is more noticeable when using a resource pack that contains chestplates whose sleeves were supposed to cover whole arm.

Hey, mojang! This is very annoying bug. Please fix it. My minecraft version is 1.7.7.
