[MC-26645] Skeletons don't wear chest armor correctly

Chest armor will not be shown correctly on Skeletons. The arms of the arms hang down while the Skeleton's arms are held forward. Same applies to Wither Skeletons.

To reproduce:
Give a Skeleton chest armor.

Invalid as it relates to a modded or third-party client/server (you have the minimap mod that I can see).
This site is for vanilla Minecraft bugs only, so if you can, please try to reproduce in a clean vanilla version.

Sorry. 😛 Was my first bug report, trying to get used to it as I hope to contribute more in the future. I tried searching to if someone else already made one about this but it seems I failed, lol.
