Only known affected version 1.5.1
Minecarts will jam together and stay in one spot somehow the game thinking the minecarts are moving at high speeds the noise gets louder and louder, not sure if bug/glitch happens on multiplayer.
On singleplayer even after pressing the escape button to get to the menu you will still hear the sound. not all the way back to the main menu
