The bug
When changing the text background opacity in the accessibility section, the following elements are not changed even if the setting applies to everywhere and not just to chat:
F3 Menu Screen Background
Command autocomplete dialogs
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to your accessibility settings menu.
Set the "Text Background Opacity" slider to "0%" and the "Text Background" button to "Everywhere".
Enable the F3 debug menu, or make the command syntax help overlay appear.
Take note as to whether or not the text background opacity accessibility option affects the F3 debug menu or the command syntax help overlay.
Observed Behavior
The text background opacity accessibility option doesn't affect the F3 debug menu or the command syntax help overlay.
Expected Behavior
The text background opacity accessibility option would affect the F3 debug menu and the command syntax help overlay.
