Found what's causing it: With the bug being caused by new shortcuts in macOS Monterey, on laptops, using FN and a certain key will trigger a shortcut, like FN + A for Finder, FN + N for notifications, etc. Apparently, Minecraft cannot cancel these actions, and therefore is triggering this bug.
You can, but you can't use other features like F3+Q (if Quick Note shortcut is enabled), F3+A, F3+N, etc. And yes, I am using fn+f3+<key>.
First of all, why did the devs completely fall for this bogus bug report?
Probably a texturing mistake
Still affects 20w46a. However, the bug only lasts a few minutes when bees are spawned via /summon command.
I've seen this on Hypixel lately...

Is anyone still noticing this issue in the latest versions?
Sorry, this issue is works as intended...
I'm pretty sure this is intended.
I'm pretty sure this is intentional...
Excuse me, but why is it resolved as intended? Isn't it obviously a parity issue...
A guy was running 1.16.1 on macOS 11 (Big Sur) beta, and he was experiencing the same issue with high ms ticks. But I don't know what settings he has enabled...
