[MC-146338] Dobule-click sound

The second bug today is about the dobule-click sound in menu. When I'm clicking eg. "controls", the sound is normal. But when I click "chat settings", there is a dobule-click sound.

Confirmed. The bug only happens if the cursor is hovering on a slider bar after when the screen is switched.

See MC-145748. This happens every time you release the mouse button while hovering above a slider.
