[MC-146454] Eating food no longer plays the burp sound

The bug

Eating a food playing a burp sound in previous version but in the 4 latest snapshots it's no longer the case. This happens since 19w11a and therefore might be caused by the fix of MC-137917.

Yanis, the sound was present in previous versions, but is absent in the latest
