[MC-146560] button place in front of carpet on block bug

place a carpet down then place block in front of carpet then place button where the carpet is in front of block as you cant place it down wich is a bug

It's not a duplicate, it's an invalid bug report because block mechanics aren't intended to work this way in Minecraft.
