[MC-14662] Zombie can't reach you if you are 1 block high in creative mode

Hi,
I juste want to report a simply bug in the snapshot.
So:
-I make a zombie spawn in a hole
-Then I hit him (in creative mode)
-Get one block higher than him
The bug is he can't reache me and always try to jump.
I hope it will be usefull

I can sort of reproduce.

If I make a one block hole and put a zombie in it and hit it, it'll jump around trying to get out, but it stops after a moment or two, forgets you as a target, and then walks out.

Try this, make a 3x3 hole, make a zombie, punch it, then go one block up, it'll have trouble getting up onto the block you are on, but place another block and it can go up one block just fine.

Works as Intended

Mobs don't continue to attack you in creative mode, they 'get bored' or 'ignore' you after a couple seconds.
