Golems spawning in invalid locations

I've been seeing Iron Golems spawn inside of solid blocks and on top of transparent blocks such as bottom slabs, redstone dust, and air blocks. Also seeig mob entities able to pass through certain blocks. Villagers able to pass through solid blocks when pushed, and Golems passing through Glass when pushed.

found one spawning in a tree that sufocated  just after I first time loaded the Chunk

(Changed the siye of the image)

 

They are loading inside of glass blocks for me. Either fully inside or clipping enough to not be able to move until I nudge them.
