Iron golems spawning on glass and beds in 1.14

When i removed the blocks from under the beds, it appears they could no longer spawn on the beds. this is after a half hour. i had iron blocks under all beds, and they did spawn repeatedly on what appeared to be the beds. removing the iron blocks may have stopped the spawning on the beds. still running tests.

This is marked as resolved, but the Golems still spawn inside and on top of glass, even in 1.14.2 we are seeing this happen with golem farms and some player made villages.
