wandering trader glitch

This Happened to me today. Wandering Trader spawned near my spawn point and was darting around and spinning like a crackhead. almost impossible to catch unless in water. LLamas too. Once the trader menu is opened he settles down but goes right back into it as soon as the menu is closed.

Same thing just in 1.14.1, he even dropped the leashes of his llamas

I got this or a similar issue in 1.14.1. He was moving fast enough to break the leads off his llamas.

Is this fixed in 19w46b? I suspect this is the same bug as MC-146305 which got fixed.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.15 pre-release.
