I was riding my horse, when I got off and breached through the wall.

I have found a glitch where if you get off a minecart, horse, etc. in a corner such as the one in the picture, you will breach through the wall. This glitch has worked for some time, and you can go through any block in both creative and survival mode.

Steps:
1. Get on a minecart, horse, etc.
2. Run into a corner such as the one in the picture
3. Simply get off the horse or whatever you are on,
4. You should have breached through the wall.
