[MC-146836] Players that are launched upward by a slime block and piston take fall damage from slime block

If the player stands on a slime block with a piston beneath it and is launched upward by said pistion/slime block, the player will take fall damage when landing back on the slime block.

Caused by landing on the edge of the slime block.

I did not land on the edge of the block.

I even centered myself in the middle and still took fall damage. This was not an issue for me in previous snapshots.
