Ever since the latest update, Large chunks of the world is not loading.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup up a server
2. Play the game

Facing the same issue, attached an image displaying the bug. Currently, reloading the game will load those missing chunks correctly.

yeah i know restarting helps but it does that every 2 minutes
