[MC-146932] Pillagers, ravagers and vindicators on raids ignore players

The bug

I have been playing on 19w13a to test the new raid mechanics, but for some reason pillagers, vindicators and ravagers ignore me completely but witches and evokers don't. The same happens with iron golems.

Can confirm on 19w13b. Vindicators and ravagers consistently always kept moving quickly around the village, ignoring me completely. Pillagers often did this too, although occasionally pillagers did attack me.
