The Bug:
Torches, sea pickles, lanterns, and pressure plates can be placed on top of bells.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place down a bell and obtain a torch.
Attempt to place the torch on top of the bell.
Observed Behavior:
Torches, sea pickles, lanterns, and pressure plates can be placed on top of bells.
Expected Behavior:
Torches, sea pickles, lanterns, and pressure plates would not be able to placed on top of bells.

These are intended, as none of them require a support block. However, I can confirm that torches can be placed on bells. They can also be placed on fence gates.
