[MC-147101] Buffet Floating Islands Worlds generate without grass

Just Skylands world generation doesn't seem to include grass in Wooded Hills Biome.

Also, please be aware that right now, the game only officially supports Java 8. While this report of course doesn't have anything to do with that, please be aware of this for any future report.
