Mob farms not working

Hi I'm playing in the latest snapshot 19w14a. Since snapshot 19w13B My Drowned and mob farms haven't been working. There have been no spawns. Hung out in a creative world and recreated the farm went AFK for an hr and no new spawns or drops from either my trident or mob farm. Here is a backup of the world for you
