Drowned, fish and guardians are not spawning

I can confirm this too on 19w14b. However, prior to the latest snapshot (so on 14a I think) I did have Drowned occasionally. I haven't played enough on this snapshot to know for certain how often I find them. There's definitely no fish though which is super frustrating. 

Just as I make my large fish tank, cant get any fish to put into it except for dolphins 😞

Glad to know my friend and I are not alone on this, we only saw a group of drowned spawn in 'lukewarm' ocean. We also don't see fish spawning either. :C

Was able to re-create this in Minecraft 19w14b.

My Guardian Farm was acting up indeed.

19w14b is already marked as affected. Please don't post a comment unless you want to add something to the ticket or want to confirm that this issue persists in a newer snapshot version.

When is the next update?

If there's a snapshot this week, it will probably come on wednesday. If there's not a snapshot this week, the next update will be after this week.
