Looking at the changelog from 19w14a I understood why I had "a vindicator in the garden" yesterday. Doing some non significant stuff (crafting basic things) I saw a skeleton going through a fence_gate not triggering the wooden_pressure_plate... like a ghost.

Tests :
I created a new world everything worked fine.
I removed and placed back fences and plates, everything is ok with ghost skeletons 🙂
Just a noise spam because an arrow hit the ground at the same place of a fence and I opened it.
