[MC-147474] Villagers disappearing

I've been getting a consistent problem in 19w14a where Villagers have been disappearing from villages for seemingly no reason. There are plenty of beds, torches everywhere, and I even went as far as to build a wall around the village to prevent mobs from getting inside and built multiple iron golems at the 2 entrances to the village and they still keep disappearing

sieges or they were struck by lightning then despawned.

I also had my villagers vanish, and they were in a village I built right next to my base. No raid, no lightning. I would have seen or heard either of those events.

The villagers were there when saving and quitting from 19w13b, and after converting the world to 19w14a, they were gone.
