After the texture update and the fix for MC-137565, the old blueish-gray fish texture should have been removed from vanilla Minecraft. However, it is still present on the overlay of
minecraft:fishermanvillager profession.

It's a homage to the ol' blue fish. Also looks better against the brown clothes, the current cod color didn't pop as much and blended in the fisher's clothes.
