I'm unable to reproduce wither skeletons (and withers) attacking piglin brutes on the same team, only just piglins and piglin brutes attacking wither skeleton and wither teammates on their team.

This can be reproduced by giving bamboo to a panda. If the panda is finished eating, it goes back to its normal behavior but with the torso having the sitting rotation/animation which causes the torso of the mob to stay tilted. Additionally this affects all pandas if one starts sitting and eating.
