Withers are not affected by instant harming and healing splash potions thrown above their heads

When splashing instant harming or healing above a wither's (middle) head, the wither does not take healing/damage from the two instant potion effects but can take healing/damage when thrown in any angle of the wither's hitbox with the exception for its head.
