Players getting rammed by goats does not aggro nearby trusted foxes and tamed wolves

Whenever a goat rams a player that is near a tamed wolf or a trusted fox, both will simply ignore the goat and not retaliate in response to their owner/trusted player getting rammed infront of them.

To reproduce:

1. Spawn a tamed wolf or a trusted fox

2. Spawn a goat or a 'screaming' goat

3. Go to survival
   → ❌ The wolf or fox does not attack the goat after it rammed you.
