Azalea trees may sometimes generate without leaves on top of the very last logs of the tree

The bug

Some azalea trees may generate without leaves being above one of the tree's logs, causing the logs of the tree to be exposed. This happens to 1 log although it may occasionally generate with two logs not having leaves above them.

To reproduce

1. Use bone meal on azaleas until a tree generates without the top logs having leaves

2. Fly up to the tree
   → ❌ One of the azalea tree's log do not have leaves above it.
