Hey, i don't know why but when i was playing in MineCraft pre 2, i could not make personalized banners.
So I don't know if I have to do it by another machine than the craft table but I think it's a bug

It now requires to have the new block, Loom. You can still craft banners, but you can't any colors or decoration to it.
