[MC-148512] Villager not taking new profession

Playing the original SkyBlock 2.1:

Curing Zombie Villager (being fisher):

The villager, still being novice, is not becoming farmer or something else.

I placed and removed barrel, loom, compost, nothing happens.

He is sleeping in (my) bed and wandering, but not changing proffesion.

The world is attached.

I think this is Working as intended. Zombie villagers now retain their profession and trades when they are cured in 1.14. So a fisherman should still be a fisherman.

When being cured, the villager instantly chooses a correct profession now, but still does not change it later when the work block is removed and another one is placed.
