sticky piston does not retract glazed terracotta blocks

please note i have seen many issues logged for this over the last 2 yrs however as there is no way to report an occurrence of the same issue by looking at these i am submitting another. your status of "resolved" is obviously incorrect.

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here

was setting up a sticky piston to push/pull glazed terracotta.

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here

Sticky piston would only push glazed terracotta not pull. other blocks put in place of glazed terracotta would retract fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place sticky piston
2. place glazed terracotta in front of sticky piston
3. place lever or button to activate piston
4.piston actives - pushing glazed terracotta block out
5.piston retracts without glazed terracotta block

Sticky pistons being able to push but not pull glazed terracotta blocks is how it is supposed to work – from the wiki article:

"While glazed terracotta can be pushed by sticky pistons or slime blocks, it is unique among blocks in that it cannot be pulled. It also does not stick to slime blocks." (https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Glazed_Terracotta)
