Village 1.14 problem: look and functionality

In only one of my world's (survival peaceful world) does my villagers and village look different. The villagers revert back to old skins and look down and shake their heads when attempting to trade with them. The village itself is also reverted back to its old look, but still, have the new textures for blocks. Another issue with villages is villagers don't sleep when a bed is placed at night and don't change profession when a workstation block is placed (this issue was present in the last pre-release, so it's been ongoing and annoying. Please fix Mojang.
