[MC-148704] The "Server Light" section disappears then reappears

The bug

Flying across chunks with the debug screen on will cause the "Server Light" section to disappear then reappear. This only happens in singleplayer and not multiplayer.

How to reproduce

Open a singleplayer world
Open debug screen (F3)
Fly across chunks
→ ❌ Notice the Server Light section will disappear then reappear
Do the same in multiplayer
→ The section doesn't disappear

Can confirm. This issue only occurs on singleplayer by the way.
You should update your issue title to something more relevant: something like: "Server Light line in F3 mode blinks when changing chunks only in singleplayer".

Just click on "Edit" on the top right of the page, and edit the "Affects Version/s" field. Alternatively, just click on the versions list and you'll be able to edit it.
