on version 1.12.2 I didn't had lag at all, and when 1.13 came out I started expiriencing super hard lag, the frame rate dropped from 100 to 10!

Environment

I am using windows 10, latest version of java, my graphics card is geforce 920mx and my cpu is intel-core i5 6200U 2.3 Ghz
