Ender Highlands | End Gateway teleport underground then suffocate the player

The bug

Throwing an ender pearl in a End Gateway in Ender Highlands will teleport the player underground the map and will kill him.

How to reproduce

1. Click on create a single player End Highlands world with Buffet world type.

2. Find a End Gateway

3. Throw an ender pearl to it

4. Suffocate
