[MC-149104] Incompatible version for realms

Everytime I try to play Minecraft Realms I get an issue that says that my version is "incompatible" or outdated for realms even though I am on the latest version... I am running Minecraft on Windows 10.

It will take some time for realms to update, it will be working perfectly fine within 24 hours

Try closing and restarting both Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher. Does it work then?

That's a completely different issue: REALMS-1692

Closed as invalid, seems to happen no longer. New issue with a "buy a realm" popup appearing is REALMS-1692.
