After installing release 1.14, the game no longer correctly displays all the languages that use Cyrillic font. However, if you use unicode for fonts, the problem disappears, but this is not a solution.

Duplicate of MC-148657. Unfortunately the "Programmer art" texture pack has broken font files for cyrillic and other non-latin characters at the moment.
