Characters using the "nonlatin_european" file don't display properly if using the "Programmer Art" resource pack

Some characters in Programmer Art (nice classic) package are wrong: quotation marks („“), ellipsis (…).

Confirmed. Also, other characters are affected as well, such as Ø, ø, Þ, þ, ẞ and ß. So, probably all characters that use the file nonlatin_european for their font sprites.

Also affected 1.14 prerelease 4.

It seems as though characters such as U+00D7 (×) and U+266F (♯) are also messed up.

How can we solve this problem ?

I've attached a resource pack

that will circumvent this issue for now. Make sure that it is above "Programmer Art" in the resource pack selection screen. If you want to use Hebrew as a language, you will need to use the fix from MC-148898 as well.
