Any zombie villager you spawn has the same basic glitch of the texture/model, where they have no arms and the model is stretched behind their head.
Steps to recreate
1. Load Minecraft 1.14
2. Switch to Programmer Art Resource Pack
3. Spawn zombie villager (Profession does not matter)
4. Observed glitched model/textures

This really needs to get fixed please. It is bugging me. I am not a great fan of the new textures so please get this fixed. Please don't leave it like this.
