obtained bad omen status effect, yet whenever i go into a village a raid will not spawn, i tested it on my home base which was formerly a village, and a populated village. it may be because this is a world with old villages, from the likes of 1.13, however i would imagine that old villages/ers shouldnt affect the raid from appearing.
