Animals drop cooked meat w/o killing with fire or lava

Animals such as chickens, cows, pigs, and sheep drop cooked version of their meats instead of raw when killed with any weapon that does not have fire aspect, or without the use of fire. I know this has already been resolved maybe but in the release version of 1.14, it's still there.
