[MC-149727] audio does not work

the audio does not work after i turned it down a bit nothing makes sound at all have no idea how it happend and i have a resource pack if that did anything

Does this apply to all sound, or is it specific to just music or anther category? Does restarting the game fix the issue?

It was all sounds and you just have to change version.
