The bug

When the crossbow is loaded and is in the secondary hand, you do not see it anymore if you carry an item in the main hand.

How to reproduce

  1. Take a crossbow in your secondary hand

  2. Charge your crossbow

  3. Take an item in your main hand

As per MC-137553, this might be WAI. However, it doesn't make sense to be able to shoot with the crossbow if you can't see it on the screen.

Can confirm for 1.16 Pre-8 and rc1. In the 1.14 release trailer it shows the player shooting fireworks and the firework isn't rendered. They wouldn't show a bug on the release trailer so MC-137553 is intended. However this ticket most likely isn't. Please reopen this ticket.
