frequent problem with raids not ending. last 3 occasions the last hostile mod from the raid was a vex. killing of vex does not drop raid count or allow raid to end.

Wasn't able to reproduce so far; the raid ends or continues to the next wave when all illagers were killed but vexes are still flying around.
Do vexes even count towards the raid bar once they are summoned in? They're not in #minecraft:raiders, so I don't see why they should be.
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
