Minecraft freezes when i got to another window or a window loads when i am playing minecraft

Whenever I play minecarft survival and press the music button to open up my music player window or suddenly discord boot the minecraft window closes and opens the window which opened recently and when i go back to the minecarft window the game freezes,there are sounds etc but the players doesn't move or opens up the esc menu.
