[MC-150149] JumpBoost 255 with snowball

When you use jumpboost 255 (to prevent fall damage) or any high level of jumpboost and throw snowball, they get launch up when you jump (most of the time)

this is actually really usefull to remove fall damage for map making so fixing it is important and jump boost 255 is intended to prevent fall damage

All effects with levels over 4 are unsupported, and bugs with such effects will not be fixed.
