[MC-15024] Hay blocks can not be crafted back into wheat

Agreed, it follows the recipes of other storage blocks, and it doesn't make sense that you can't unbind 9 wheat from each other. It also seems to contradict the real-life purpose of hay bales, which is storage (not that real-life arguments apply well to Minecraft).

It does make sense that hay bales cannot be converted into wheat. The grain is removed from the stalk at harvest, and the bales only consist of the straw. It wouldn't make sense to be able to craft edible food starting with a hay bale. Bale->wheat->bread. There's nothing that you can make bread out of in a bale. If its only use is to feed horses or use as building blocks I think it would be very realistic to life. It could be one of those items that is like tree trunks which cannot be converted back once turned into planks.

Being able to craft hay blocks back to wheat would make sense ... it's still not possible in 1.6.1

Now that this bug's fixed, hay blocks would partly work as a wheat block, for better storage, for decorating, or for your horse =P
