[MC-150242] The held item tooltip no longer fades correctly

The bug

Prior to 1.14, the held item tooltip used to fade out. This is no longer the case.

To reproduce

Switch to an item in your hotbar
The held item tooltip will appear
Wait a few seconds
→ ❌ It will immediately disappear without fading out

Nevermind, found out what the discrepancy is: I thought there was a fade-in as well. It's only the fade-out that's missing, and that works perfectly. Confirmed fixed in 19w39a.
