[MC-150325] Snow Golem not leaving Snow in 1.14

Snow Golem not producing snow trail in 1.14

Just updated my server with 1.14. Decided to start a snow farm underground.

Made an ICE room and fenced in a platform. added the golem and it is not making snow under it. if it has been removed I am sorry for the report otherwise it is a bug.

this is not resolved:

as to the Question of Mob Griefing being on or not it is available since creepers can blow up the world.

The Ice cave is actually Ice Walls and Ceiling and a stone floor. the Golem is standing on 2 stone blocks the part of the flor I stand is bottom stone slab

it is underground in a Jungle Biome at Y: 44

Did the Snow trail mechanic change? in 1.12 I had done a snow farm in a plains biome I know that it was 2 versions ago but am wondering

The blocks around the snow golem don't do anything. The biome is the only thing preventing it from making snow
